**Use case or problem:** Need a small local service for testing how CSV data can be exposed to BigID as structured objects.

**Solution or resource:** This Node.js/Express sample reads CSV files from `resources/` and exposes their rows and fields through REST endpoints. It includes routes for object discovery, schema, count, record retrieval, and a prototype search operation.

**Getting started:** Run `npm install` and `npm start`; the service listens on port 8000. The README documents the endpoints.

**Limitations:** This is a demo with sample files, not a production data service. Basic Auth credentials are currently hard-coded in the source; change them before use with real data, and do not expose the sample publicly.
